We enjoyed our stay but the executive lounge was overcrowded and not of a high standard compared to others that we have experienced. Food and drink was just ok , with the food being served to us in very small amounts at a time. Small children crying was also another problem. There should be an age limit on those attending the lounge. Also we had lunch on the day of our departure in the main restaurant. The caesar salad was dismal! All lettuce, no egg, no parmesan, no anchovies - just lettuce, 4 croutons, a tiny bit of bacon with a dribble of sauce. Not acceptable by any standard especially in a 5 star hotel restaurant.

it is always a great experience-it is my hotel of choice in Brisbane
We had a fantastic night away for our anniversary and the hotel even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and a dessert
